Why Anchor Clinic?

A Boutique Psychology Practice (Not a Production Line)

At Anchor Clinic, you’re never just a name on a list. We’re a deliberately small practice that values depth over volume. We don’t rush, and we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach.

Highly Qualified, Deeply Committed

Both Stephanie and Joanna hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with specialist training in treating adolescents and young adults. Our clinical decisions are grounded in evidence-based models like CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, and schema therapy, delivered with genuine care and collaboration.

Tailored Support, Not Generic Sessions

Every session is shaped around your goals, needs, and context. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, or relational difficulties, we take the time to understand the full picture and support meaningful change.

In-Person on the Central Coast or Secure Telehealth

We offer appointments from our Erina office or via Telehealth for clients across NSW and Australia. You can expect the same professional care either way with, flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
