Hi, I’m Stephanie.
I am passionate about working with young people; especially adolescents and young adults!

There is so much change, transition and complexity as a young person, and I’ve found that even a little high-quality support can go a long way! It’s a privilege to be able to offer my clients hope, understanding, and restoration even when life gets tough!

I’m looking forward to meeting you and hearing your story.

  • Stephanie balances a warm, laid back, non-judgmental manner with dedication in providing evidence based psychological interventions that can help you manage the challenges of life. Stephanie utilises a holistic approach; taking into consideration the physical, psychological, spiritual and relational health of each person and their environment. Stephanie aims to make each session practical and solutions focused, working alongside you to make meaningful change.

    Stephanie utilises a tailored approach based on your individual needs and using a variety of evidence based interventions including:

  • Stephanie has worked in private practice alongside other roles until deciding to focus solely on Anchor Clinic in 2023.

    Stephanie most recently worked with the Central Coast Local Health Districts’ (CCLHD) Child and Family Health Service FACETS team (ages 5-12yrs) providing interventions and running parenting groups to support children and their families.

Hello. I’m Joanna.

I’m a dedicated psychologist and enjoy working with people from a variety of life stages from children through to adults. I have a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults, as they learn to navigate life’s ups and downs, forge identity and find their unique talents and purpose.

 Accessing evidence based and high-quality support can help young people cope more effectively, address mental health problems, and improve quality of life. It is a privilege to be able to support clients to navigate life’s challenges, manage their mental health and enhance well-being.

  • Joanna brings to her work a genuine care and compassion for people. She applies evidence-based interventions in a client focused and collaborative manner to assist people to make change and move towards their goals. Her approach focuses on warmth, and building a safe and supportive environment, that allows clients to share their unique story. Throughout treatment, Joanna aims to empower and equip individuals to overcome life’s challenges, enhance well-being and lead more meaningful, enriched lives.

  • Joanna has experience with a wide range of presenting difficulties, having worked across private practice, adolescent mental health services, and educational settings. She has also worked in young people and adult mental health services within the Central Coast Area Health Services.

  • Registered Psych:

    Joanna has been practicing as a psychologist since 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), a Master of Clinical Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Psychology. Joanna is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Tracey will be your first point of contact when connecting with Anchor Clinic.

Tracey is a wizardress, managing everything behind the scenes with a warm, friendly and comforting disposition.

With over 10 years experience working in psychology practices, Tracey is available to help with any questions clients or referrers may have.

Tracey helps with all appointments and general enquiries from Monday to Friday.
