Living with ADHD shouldn’t feel *this* hard
If you’ve tried planners, time-blocking, habit trackers, or even medication and still find yourself burnt out and overwhelmed, you’re not alone!
I’ve spent years helping clients with ADHD who feel like they should be coping better by now. They’ve read the books, followed the ADHD coaches, and saved every TikTok strategy under the sun.
And yet ....the chaos keeps coming back.
Because real change doesn’t come from knowing what ADHD is. It comes from working with your brain - with ongoing support that actually sticks!
As a Clinical Psychologist (and fellow ADHDer), I created this group because I got tired of watching clients blame themselves. They weren’t the problem. The lack of brain-friendly support was.
The Anchor ADHD Reset is what I built to fill that gap.
This is exactly the kind of help I wish every ADHD adult could access before they reach breaking point.
If you’ve ever thought, “Is this as good as it gets?”
This group is my answer: No – it can get better.

FAQ:
-
Yes. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to benefit from this program. Many participants are still on waitlists, navigating the cost of assessment, or just starting to explore whether ADHD might explain their experience. If you relate to the challenges described, this group was designed with you in mind.
-
Yes! As long as they’re keen to learn and build skills, they’re welcome. Because this is a strategy and support-based group (not therapy), friends, partners, housemates, or family members can join even if they’re not a client of Anchor Clinic.
-
This isn’t a pile of generic advice or a list of hacks to try when you’re already overwhelmed.
This program is structured, evidence-based, and created by a Clinical Psychologist who also has ADHD.
You’ll get real-time support, brain-friendly systems, and the accountability to actually follow through.
You don’t need more information — you need a reset.
-
All group sessions are recorded and sent to you the same week.
You can catch up in your own time and still access the tools and strategies.
That said, many participants find showing up live — even just with your camera off — helps them stay on track and feel connected.
-
Absolutely. Medication can be helpful — but it’s rarely the full solution.
This group focuses on the skills medication doesn’t teach: building routines, managing emotions, navigating relationships, and creating systems that actually last.
Think of this as the support alongside medication — or instead of it, if that’s your choice.
-
Not at all. This group goes beyond awareness and into implementation.
Even if you’ve worked with a coach or therapist before, it’s likely you haven’t had access to ADHD-specific strategies designed to stick.
This is about making sustainable changes — not surface-level solutions.
-
No, this is a psychoeducational support group, not therapy.
While it’s led by a Clinical Psychologist and uses evidence-based strategies, it’s not designed to explore past trauma or replace individual care.
If you’re unsure whether it’s the right fit, feel free to reach out.
-
Yes. Emotional dysregulation is a common (and often overlooked) part of ADHD.
We’ll cover practical, compassionate strategies to reset after shutdowns, manage big feelings, and reduce conflict in relationships — all in ways that work for ADHD brains.
Change starts small…
but it starts with something.
