Living with ADHD shouldn’t feel *this* hard
If you’ve tried planners, time-blocking, habit trackers, or even medication and still find yourself burnt out and overwhelmed, you’re not alone!
So many of my clients with ADHD say the same thing:
“I know what I want to be doing… I just can’t make it stick.”
Sound familiar?
That’s exactly why I created The Anchor ADHD Reset
As a Clinical Psychologist (and someone with ADHD myself), I’ve spent years helping adults who feel like they should be coping better by now.
For most of us, knowing what to do isn’t the issue.
It’s having the support to follow through — in a way that’s realistic, sustainable, and actually works with your brain.
Together, we’ll explore the most common challenges faced by adults with ADHD: emotional dysregulation, burnout, scattered routines, and motivation struggles — in a supportive, skills-based space grounded in clinical knowledge and shared experience.
You can now join The Anchor ADHD Reset in two formats — live online from anywhere, or in person at Anchor Clinic Erina (for a limited time - starts 17 November).

Yes. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to benefit from this program. Many participants are still on waitlists, navigating the cost of assessment, or just starting to explore whether ADHD might explain their experience. If you relate to the challenges described, this group was designed with you in mind.
-
Yes! As long as they’re keen to learn and build skills, they’re welcome. Because this is a strategy and support-based group (not therapy), friends, partners, housemates, or family members can join even if they’re not a client of Anchor Clinic.
-
Absolutely. Medication plays an important role, yet is rarely the full solution.
This group focuses on skills that will improve daily management of ADHD, like building routines, managing emotions, navigating relationships. ADHD friendly strategies whether you are taking medication or not.
Change starts small…
but it starts with something.
