Living with ADHD shouldn’t feel *this* hard
If you’ve tried planners, time-blocking, habit trackers, or even medication and still find yourself burnt out and overwhelmed, you’re not alone!
So many of my clients with ADHD say the same thing:
“I know what I want to be doing… I just can’t make it stick.”
Sound familiar?
That’s exactly why I created The Anchor ADHD Reset
As a Clinical Psychologist (and someone with ADHD myself), I’ve spent years helping adults who feel like they should be coping better by now.
They’re smart, capable, and doing their best… but still exhausted by the daily chaos.
For most of us, knowing what to do isn’t the issue.
It’s having the support to follow through — in a way that’s realistic, sustainable, and actually works with your brain.
Over seven weeks, we’ll explore the most common challenges faced by adults with ADHD: emotional dysregulation, burnout, scattered routines, and motivation struggles — in a supportive, skills-based space grounded in clinical knowledge and shared experience.
If you’ve ever found yourself wondering, “Is this just how it is?”
You’re not the only one.
This group offers the chance to try something different.

Yes. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to benefit from this program. Many participants are still on waitlists, navigating the cost of assessment, or just starting to explore whether ADHD might explain their experience. If you relate to the challenges described, this group was designed with you in mind.
-
Yes! As long as they’re keen to learn and build skills, they’re welcome. Because this is a strategy and support-based group (not therapy), friends, partners, housemates, or family members can join even if they’re not a client of Anchor Clinic.
-
Absolutely. Medication plays an important role, yet is rarely the full solution.
This group focuses on skills that will improve daily management of ADHD, like building routines, managing emotions, navigating relationships. ADHD friendly strategies whether you are taking medication or not.
-
That’s okay. You don’t need to be perfectly focused to benefit. The sessions are structured with clear visuals, simple language, and repeatable tools. You’ll also get worksheets and summaries so you can revisit anything you miss.
-
Each session runs for 60–75 minutes and follows a clear, structured format. You’ll learn a new strategy, complete a short reflective exercise, and walk away with tools you can use right away. The focus is on helping you understand your ADHD patterns and experiment with approaches that work for your brain.
